Życie naśladuje sztukę... a może na odwrót?

Wczujcie się i postarajcie się że poniższy tekst wypowiada Billa Murray: Wally Koval ma obsesję na punkcie Wesa Andersona. Zaczęło się od seansu &#x201e;Rushmore" z 1998 roku, a gdy dotarł do &#x201e;Podwodnego życia ze Stevem Zissou" był już uzależniony. Wkrótce Wally z Brooklynu zaczął przeczesywać otchłanie internetu, szukając czegoś, co wypełniłoby pustkę w jego sercu, wypaloną przez filmy Wesa. Wtedy odkrył forum, na którym inni fani reżysera zebrali się, by pokazywać sobie prawdziwe miejsca, wyglądające jak scenografie z jego magicznych filmów. Życie naprawdę naśladuje sztukę... a może odwrotnie?

Tak czy siak, wkrótce Wally i jego narzeczony (również wielbiciel Andersona) zanurkowali w morze hasztagów. &#x201e;Odkryliśmy skrzynię skarbów, pełną niesamowitych zdjęć, których symetria, paleta barw i kompozycja były charakterystyczna dla Wesa", mówi. Zastanawiając się, co zrobić z tym zbiorem, Wally założył konto na Instagramie, specjalnie dla innych wyznawców andersonizmu. Gdy zapytaliśmy go o plany na przyszłość, odpowiedział oczywiście słowami ulubionego reżysera: &#x201e;Cytując 'Pociąg do Darjeeling': 'Jeszcze nas nie zlokalizowaliśmy'. To znaczy, że mamy kilka pomysłów w toku i chcemy nadal współpracować z rosnącą społecznością, by rozwijać AWA. Staram się odpowiadać na każdą wiadomość i każdego maila (chociaż czasem to zajmuje trochę czasu). Uwielbiam reakcje i opinie fanów. Chcę, by w tym miejscu nadal mogli się dzielić zdjęciami, szukać inspiracji i uciekać od rzeczywistości".

Poprosiliśmy Wally'ego, żeby wybrał 5 ulubionych postów, na co bardzo niechętnie się zgodził.

_Oświadczenie: Wszystkie moje posty kocham tak samo. Selekcja zaledwie kilku jest bardzo trudna. Nie mam dzieci, ale wyobrażam sobie, że tak wygląda wybór ulubionego z nich. Wskazałem je nieco losowo i mam nadzieję, że wam też się podobają :)_

Lotnisko Mörön jest małym lotniskiem z dwoma pasami startowymi, obsługującym loty krajowe w Mongolii. Jego fasada pochodzi z lat 50. &#x2014; paleta barw i szyld są fenomenalne. Kiedy ostatnio widzieliście przed lotniskiem taki stojak na rowery? Przejażdżka rowerem na JFK International to raczej kiepski pomysł. No i nie miałbym gdzie go przypiąć.

Saksun is a village with a population of 15 inhabitants near the northwest coast of the remote Faroese island of Streymoy

The 18 Faroe Islands are a territory of Denmark with a combined 600 miles of roads, a total population of 49,000 inhabitants and 70,000 sheep

Saksun lies in the bottom of what used to be an inlet of the sea, surrounded by high mountains. The inlet formed a deep natural harbour, until a storm blocked it with sand in the 1600s. The old harbour became a seawater lagoon, only accessible by small boats at high tide

There is a church in the village as well, but it did not always reside there. Originally it was located in Tjørnuvík - a long walk over the high mountains to the north, so in 1858 the residents disassembled the church, carried it over the mountains and reassembled it in Saksun. It was renamed Saksunar Kirkja (Church of Saksun)

The turf roofs seem here are traditional style that was used to provide protection from the rain as well as thermal insulation. They have become a symbol for the region and are utilized on newer homes throughout the islands as well

**Dom prywatny | Saksun, Wyspy owcze**  
Ten dziewiętnastowieczny domek stoi w bardzo małym miasteczku Saksun na Wyspach Owczych, które należą do Danii. Miasto liczy sobie 15 mieszkańców, a cała populacja wyspy to 49 tys. osób i 70 tys. owiec. Bardzo intryguje mnie, że darniowe dachy tradycyjnie miały chronić przed deszczem, a także ocieplać mieszkanie. Stały się symbolem tego regionu i umieszcza się je również na nowszych domach na wyspie.

On a long-distance bicycle trip from London to St. Petersburg in 2002, photographer, Chris Herwig encountered unusual spaceship-like bus stops and unexpected transit structures

Interestingly enough, each design is unique and shaped by the community around it.

Herwig has done a considerable amount of research, but has yet to discover why or how it was decided that the designs should be left to local authorities. Based on his research, it seems that the bus stops were often constructed by the workers building the roads, local artists, or even community members
•

He hopes that the work will help people to see a greater world outside their home country. “I hope people open up and realize that no matter what’s going on politically on the other side of the world, there is a difference between what a country does and what the people inside it are doing. I hope it inspires people to travel and not always look for things that are the obvious. There are a lot of little architectural underdogs out there that should be celebrated"

Za tym zdjęciem stoi niesamowita historia. Fotograf Chris Herwig wybrał się w długą podróż rowerem, od Londynu po Petersburg. Po drodze odkrył niesamowite przystanki autobusowe. Później dowiedział się, że każdy projekt jest wyjątkowy i stworzony przez okoliczną społeczność.

The school building itself is a bit of a compilation with an interesting background. After moving from the first location at Själbodgatan in connection with St. Peter's Church in the early 19th century, it was decided the school would move to the so-called Dringenberg farm at Västergatan

So in 1878 the current main building with its annex in Rörsjöstaden was completed. A gymnasium building was then commissioned in 1879, and new buildings have since been introduced in the 1920s, the late 1950s, and mid 1970’s

Prior to the renovation of the school's aula in 1992, Pope John Paul II gave $ 10,000 to the purpose after the student council had sent a Latin-written appeal for support to the pope whose representative contributed to the founding of the school in 1406

In 1999, the former white painted school was painted the current and distinct yellow hue

Located near the banks of the Moritzburg Castle pond, the place is regarded as the last castle in Saxony preserved in the original style of the Dresden Rococo

In 1728, Augustus the Strong began laying the foundation for the future castle. The place was meant to breed pheasants to hunt for the royal table, but it was ruined in the Seven Years’ War

**Pałacyk Bażanci | Saksonia, Niemcy**  
Osiemnastowieczny Pałacyk Bażanci jest najmniejszym królewskim zamkiem w Saksonii oraz słynnym zabytkiem Niemiec, czasem zwanym &#x201e;Rajem w pigułce". Miał służyć do hodowli bażantów do polowań, trafiających na królewski stół, jednak przez wojnę siedmioletnią nigdy do tego nie doszło. Jest uważany za ostatni w Saksonii zachowany zamek w oryginalnym stylu drezdeńskiego rokoka.
