Sara Sampaio is the Victoria's Secret Angel and Sports Illustrated superbabe who was discovered at a hair competition when she was 16 and looks like Adriana Lima's little sister. As she teaches us the ups and downs of working out your lower body in the second installment of her Fitness Tips series with i-D, we get the 23 year old Portugese beauty's top tips on how to be body proud in 2015. Walk, walk fashion baby, work it, move that butt crazy!

What are your new year's resolutions?
This year I want to finally get my driver's license. I already know how to drive, I just need to take the exam. I also want to focus on the positive things, make the best of everything and not stress out too much about things I can't control.

How long did it take you to get in shape when you first started training?
I've always been an active person, I did a lot of sports growing up, then I started modeling and had to stop all those activities. I must say I got a bit out of shape until I started working out with Rob. It took me about a year and a half to finally get the results I wanted. Also because I travel a lot there are weeks I don't workout, so it takes longer to achieve my goals.

How often do you work out?
It depends. When I'm getting ready for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show I train maybe 4/5 times a week, but on a regular basis I usually do 2/3 a week.

What are your top tips for keeping fit?
To understand your body, know your shape and what you want to achieve from it. Also, be realistic with your goals. You should never try to look like someone else, but try to be the best version of yourself. In my own case I don't need to do much cardio, I do more resistance training.

What are your tips for those who hate working out?
I hate working out, I'm going to be honest. I'm lucky enough to work out with personal trainers that motivate me. I also find it easier when I don't have my trainers, to find a workout buddy, and go to classes together. In the end, just find a sport you enjoy, try a lot of things and classes, eventually you'll find something you won't hate as much.

What are you favourite foods/meals?
Pizza, pasta, beef.

What do you listen to when you work out?
I just put my iPod on shuffle, but Justin Timberlake always gives me that extra strength and puts me in a really good mood.

What's your dream modeling job?
I want to get a beauty contract and a fragrance contract! Those are two of my main goals that I've been working hard for.

What would you be doing if you weren't modeling?
I don't like to think too much about it, I'm really blessed modelling came into my life, and gave me all these incredible opportunities. I believe this was the path my life was destined for, and I try not to focus that much on what could have been of life.

What was it like walking in the Victoria's Secret show last December?
It was a dream come true. It was something I'd always wanted to do since I started modeling, but when you come from Portugal, which doesn't have many models or a big fashion industry, it almost looks impossible to achieve, so I'm so blessed I got to walk for it two years now. I worked so hard to finally get the show.

When do you feel sexiest?
In the morning when I wake up, and when I'm at the beach, I'm a water baby.

Do you ever get self-conscious?
Yes a lot actually, it's something I've been dealing with since I started modelling. I'm very hard on myself and I'm a perfectionist, so it's really hard for me not to compare myself with other people. It's something I'm really working hard on, to really appreciate myself the way I am, it's a long process though.

What would your dream date be?
I like simple - I usually say I'm a cheap date, beer and pizza and I'm done! But I don't like when guys try too hard, it just makes everything uncomfortable, but I do like being surprised.

What are your hopes for 2015?I hope work keeps getting better and that I get to share a lot of good moments and happiness with my love ones.
