bella hadid stars in j.w.anderson's fall/winter 16 campaign
Jamie Hawkesworth shot the brand's screen-themed campaign, which marks a departure from Anderson's typical casting.
Over recent seasons, Jonathan Anderson has worked with the likes of Grindr, Larry Clark, and A$AP Rocky — though until now, he had tended not to cast big-name models in his ad campaigns. Now the brand has teamed up with one of the biggest rising stars of the moment. This morning Anderson revealed the the fall/winter 16 campaign for his brand, which stars Bella Hadid.
Hadid is captured by Jamie Hawkesworth, who has previously shot campaigns for both J.W.Anderson and Loewe, where Anderson was made creative director in 2013. Her photo is contrasted with that of a young boy in a black t-shirt, bowl cut, and puppet necklace. The younger Hadid sister recently voiced her own desire to step behind the camera for a career in fashion photography — though her mushrooming modeling career might prevent that from happening any time soon.
