The Moon in Aquarius is here to help us get things done and form a plan that will keep us on track throughout the Mercury Retrograde that begins tomorrow.

Read the horoscopes for your rising, Sun, and Moon signs for some assistance in what to focus on before everything gets hectic.

Pisces
(Feb.19-March 20)

Your focus will be best used if put towards creating grounding routines/spaces for your spirit to feel relaxed and replenished. This could look like setting up a meditation space or downloading a meditation app, creating an art corner, getting a journal to use daily, etc. Find something that works for you and that feels good enough that it motivates you to come back to it. Once this retrograde starts, you will be glad you have something to anchor you.

Aries
(March 21-April 19)

What kind of support system have you been fostering, lately? They will become very important, soon. Check on the people you love and discuss which dynamics of the relationship make you feel excited and which drain you. No, this isn’t a fun or easy activity, but it is how you and these relationships and people you’re in them with will grow. Use your words to get on the same page before the planet of communication (Mercury) is out of office.

Taurus
(April 20-May 20)

Your day can be very productive and successful, but only if your basic needs are met. It will be easy to slack off on what you want to do and make excuses if you aren’t hydrated, fed, caught up on sleep, and clear about what would even make today a “success.” Make a list of needs that, if not met, would distract you from getting things done, and then make a list of things you need to complete in order to motivate you to stay on top of your self-care.

Gemini
(May 21-June 21)

Don’t let people confuse you, today, or try to trick you into second-guessing yourself. You know what you know and you’re doing your best. Stand strong in your convictions, especially when they come from intuition. You can still be open to other people’s perspectives, but right now it is up to you to decipher what kind of energy and dogma is healthy for you and to see your way out of situations that try and push you into submission or make you feel insecure about your handle on things.

Cancer
(June 22-July 22)

You’re being pushed to the edge in many ways, right now, and the discomfort is good for you. It’s time to see if the coping mechanisms you’ve been using still work for you, with where you are now, and to pivot if they don’t. If you need to find new ones, don’t panic. See this journey as one of discovery and know that there is not “right” answer. Turn your focus away from anything that dims your light or makes this process more brutal than it needs to be.

Leo
(July 23-Aug. 22)

Be careful not to romanticize the people around you, today. Whatever you think they can give you, you can most likely give to yourself. Relationships are important but what other people are doing or how they can or cannot show up for you is on them. Find new ways to be self-sufficient, today. The more tools you have, the less you’ll feel like you need anyone else’s and you can appreciate and be grateful for company and support rather than lean on or depend on it too heavily.

Virgo
(Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

The glory of your day will be in the details, today. Make a task list, that even includes the little things, and cross each thing off as you do it. This methodical process that gives you satisfaction and awareness once you complete something will be the kind of thing you’ll want to continue when your planet retrogrades. The more you celebrate yourself for taking care of what needs to be done, even things like feeding yourself or sweeping the floor, the more you tell your brain that self-care feels good and rewarding and the easier it will be to keep it up, even in times of stress.

Libra
(Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

Make a list of things you like to do that help you “blow off steam” or lose track of time and be present, and put one of these tasks on your calendar for each day, this week. Sometimes, you can become too caught up in what people ask of you and your expectations of yourself that you end up feeling rushed and overwhelmed. Letting your brain and body rest and doing things that remind you of how time can be enjoyed will give you and your life a much-needed re-balance.

Scorpio
(Oct. 23-Nov. 21)

Gravitation towards what is comfortable seems to be your M.O. for the day. Just make sure you don’t isolate yourself if that’s not actually what you need. You are not “too much” and your feelings are important. If you want to be around other people and try new things to shake you out of being in your head too much, then do it. Doing something about how you feel, even if it’s scary or new, is better than stuffing it somewhere to deal with later.

Sagittarius
(Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Pay attention to how your thoughts affect your feelings, today. Do little experiments where you tell yourself you feel good when you might not, or vice-versa and see what happens. Practice affirmations or other forms of mantra. Today is all about mindset and understanding who you are and what creates what chain of reactions in your mind-body connection, so you can start to direct your experience to where you want it to go.

Capricorn
(Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

Cleaning, organizing, and throwing out are your tasks for today. You need a clear mind and that often requires a clear space. Through this process, you will also remember how little you need to really thrive and show up for what’s important. Whatever you think you need the most, entertain the idea of letting go of it. The more you do this, the less attachments you form and the better off you’ll be in this season of change and disruption.

Aquarius
(Jan. 20-Feb.18)

You may feel a little frazzled and sensitive, today. This is okay. Use this time to practice communicating about how you feel when you feel it. You tend to analyze your emotions before you speak on them, but communicating in the moment and feeling heard, seen, and affirmed would save you the brain power you usually use to intellectualize your emotions away. Opening up is not a sign of weakness or it wouldn’t be so scary to do.
