Fabio Piras (Louise Wilson's successor on the fashion MA at Central Saint Martins) joined up with Royal College of Art Head of Fashion (and Boudicca co-founder) Zowie Broach yesterday to discuss the value of further education and the modern day application of the fashion MA. The talk, chaired by writer, editor and creative director, Nick Vinson, saw them exploring the many ways in which expensive MAs can still be justified, including the provision of a space to grow and "dive deep." The American Express-sponsored London Fashion Week talks kicked off on Friday, with stylist Anna Trevelyan and buyer Stavros Karelis discussing the future of independent retail. Catch the whole series exclusively on i-D throughout the duration of LFW.
