If selfies are an art form, Kim Kardashian is their Picasso. Earlier this year, Rizzoli released the master's monograph: 448-pages of #nomakeup shots and ass snaps that became an Amazon Best Seller on pre sale purchases alone. Even New York Magazine art critic Jerry Saltz was down, comparing Mrs. West to a modern day Andy Warhol. Now, Kim's pixelated portraits have landed in New York's most prestigious institution, the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Well, kind of.

Kim at the Museum (the brainchild of creative agency Sid Lee) elevates the #artselfie game by positioning Selfish's most salacious shots inside the Met's classical collection. Peter Paul Rubens' Portrait of a Woman gets a bit bustier, Francesco Granacci's Madonna and Child has a new mommy (no Nori, though), and Goswijn van der Weyden's Fifteen Mysteries and the Virgin of the Rosary adds four new, Kardashian-approved panels.

We're sure it's only a matter of time before Kim's work lands its own legit show (the fact that Richard Prince hasn't copped one of her shots is still beyond us), but for now, it's pretty lols to see the Renaissance get really, really remixed.
