As people around the world continue to deal with the ramifications of isolation, creative communities everywhere are rising to the difficult occasion and innovating approaches to help showcase their work. Thanks to digital technology, never before have we been so spoilt with incredible free art, bedroom gigs, talks, workshops, dance classes and panels, all streamed directly into the claustrophobic comfort of our own homes.

Loewe is joining the list of generous content creators and has curated a series of studio tours, talks, workshops, craft demonstrations, performances and Q&A sessions, many led by the winners of the Loewe Craft Prize. Loewe En Casa, as the program’s known, promises to celebrate craft, innovation and artistic expression, with subjects ranging from metalwork, weaving, ikebana, goldsmith and ceramics to furniture-making, woodcraft, metalsmith and textile making. In each Instagram Live episode, you can expect a tactile glimpse into the Loewe universe and its dedication to artisanal technique.

This week's edition of Loewe En Casa is music-focused and set to feature multi-talented Taiwanese star 9m88, performing tracks from her album Beyond Mediocrity and sharing insights into her songwriting process. Now based in New York, the formally-trained musician with killer fashion sense is like a breath of fresh air with her mixed-genre, jazzy and often freely-improvised music. Who knows what she might conjure from her bedroom livestream?

If, like us, you’re keen to find out, tune in to see 9m88’s acoustic performance this Thursday 14th May at 14:00PM CET on Loewe’s Instagram Live to find out.
