cara and kate are the new faces of mango
It’s the second time the big-name Brit models have teamed up, after their campaign for Burberry.
i-D 35th anniversary issue cover star Kate Moss and (don't call her a model turned actor) Cara Delevingne are the new faces of Mango for spring/summer 15. The campaign was shot in Canada earlier this month by Inez and Vinoodh, and it comes with the hashtag #somethingincommon.
Delevingne says, "This is the first time I have worked with Mango and having Kate as my partner in crime is ideal! We are a lethal combination," adding, "I admire her personally and professionally, she represents a true fashion icon. It is a privilege to learn and to share this experience with her. The shoot has been epic, it's always fun when Miss Moss is around." Moss agreed, saying, "Cara and I always have fun together and you really can see that in this campaign."
In the behind-the-scenes shot release by the Spanish fashion brand, Moss and Delevingne embrace in plain white T-shirts. The pose is reminiscent of the model duo's previous collaboration for Burberry's fragrance My Burberry, where they were entwined wearing the British heritage brand's signature trench coats.
