Proenza Schouler's new short film might start out in gibberish, but it's really about something that a much higher percentage of the world's population understands: female love. Shot by Harley Weir and styled by Sara Moonves, "PS I Love You (Ithigi Lithigove Yithigou)" stars eight pairs of women in eight different female relationships, with each offering unique soundbites on what inspires them about the other. There's cool mom Sibyl Buck and her cool daughter Puma Rose, sisters Coco and Rubyrose Hill, friends/hair twins Natasha Lyonne and Carol Kane, and lovers Adele Thibodeaux and Liz Hopkins. Downtown punk performance legend Kembra Pfahler (appearing with her friend Christian Music) credits her mom for the "manic meanness" that informs her aesthetic.

The clothes are just as lovely. The brand's pre-fall 16 collection dishes up luxurious textures, uncomplicated silhouettes, and the season's brand new Hava top handle handbag. Watch the film below and call your mom/sister/girlfriend/BFF immediately.
