Topman have long been supporters of the Campaign Against Living Miserably: the brand has supported the charity since 2009 and helped it launch in London in 2011 when it invited Zane Lowe and Rob da Bank to take over its flagship Oxford Circus store. Today, the brand has just announced CALM as its official charity sponsor.

When it comes to unrealistic expectations of body image, the first thing that usually springs to mind are the smoothed and bronzed bodies of the Victoria's Secret Angels or the girls stalking the runway showing off their prominent collarbones and slender physiques. But in reality, the pressures for men - both physical and behavioral - can be much higher, and the communication much lower. In 2013, the male suicide rate was more than three times higher than the female rate.

Supported by Professor Green, whose father took his own life, and who struggled with depression himself, CALM also publishes a free young men's lifestyle magazine CALMzine that is also stocked in Topman.
