News just in via the BBCC: "The Government has issued an immediate call for all citizens to make their way, immediately, to their nearest hospital for urgent vaccinations." A mysterious 'Rage' is sweeping the streets and the NSH is finding it increasingly difficult to curtail the spread…

Hang on the NSH? The BBCC? If you suspect that something isn't quite right here, then you'd be correct. It's all part of Secret Cinema's latest immersive experience. And the film in question? Danny Boyle's 2002 classic, 28 Days Later. Like a reanimated corpse, the post-apocalyptic thriller will be brought back to life for an event that we are 99% certain will involve running. A lot of running. And while the original film starred Cillian Murphy as Jim, a bicycle courier who wakes up from a coma to discover a deadly virus has infected London, this immersive experience will place you at the very centre of the action.

So far all we know is that on sign-up you'll receive a message from a "Junior Doctor at St. Thomas Hospital", fueling speculation that, in this imagined universe, Jeremy Hunt MP has achieved his vision of a truly 28 day NHS. Just remember, Jeremy, it's the zombies you're meant to run from, not the doctors. Check out the BBCC newsflash below...

Secret Cinema presents 28 Days Later takes place between 14 April - 29 May.
