Long-time fans of the talented Midlands born and raised chap, we are more than pleased to present Blood On My Hands, the first track from his debut album due for release via Lucky Number this summer. With past EPs presenting the work of FTSE aka Sam Manville as a producer (collaborations with artists such as Kenzie May, Saint Savoir and Femme ran the length of the records), this release marks the very clear direction of FTSE the artist. With the support of a full band behind him, his brutally honest lyrics and anti-capitalist musings are self-deprecating anthems for modern society, topped with - as all the best things are - catchy poppy choruses. Blood On My Hands comments on the exploitation behind consumerism, delivered with stabbing synth horns and a pause for some reflective and rather beautiful harmonies.

Join FTSE at London's Electrowerkz on 26th May.
