Billie Eilish wants you to stop partying during a literal global pandemic
She's right and she should say it. 👀

You know what would be a horrible idea right now? Like, truly awful. The most inconsiderate? I’ll give you a hint: Jake Paul is a big perpetrator, and it rhymes with “dandemic darty”.
Though the prospect of attending a crowded gathering in the midst of a deadly virus may seem terrifying to the sane among you, partying during the coronavirus pandemic has become shockingly common practice, particularly in the case of young LA influencers. The culprits include top YouTubers such as James Charles and Emma Chamberlain, and TikTok stars including Charli and Dixie D’Amelio.
Despairing for our generation? Fear not. Last night, 18-year-old Billie Eilish took to Instagram, equipped with a filter called “goofy animal faces”, to deliver a message to her peers that was anything but.
“Funny how I haven't hugged my best friends in six months and y’all are out here partying,” she said, speaking slowly and pointedly in the clip to condemn the irresponsible decision-making (documented via many posts and Stories) evidenced on her social media feeds. “Funny.”
Well, if Bryce Hall and his pals aren’t going to listen to the World Health Organisation or the Mayor of Los Angeles, maybe they’ll heed the words of a bonafide pop icon instead. It’s worth a try anyway.
