November has seen the temperature drop, forcing us into a hat-glove-and-scarf frenzy but we turn up the heat with this month's playlist.

As we look back to November we see South London MC Loyle Carner kick off the mixtape with his latest heartfelt offering, Baby Grey. We move through new soft and dreamy numbers from Shivum Sharma and Tei Shi before drifting into Time Capsule from our favourite London lyricist, Little Simz. Innovative Leisure signing, Tropics makes his debut to the i-D mixtape along with Virginia via Columbia singer Kali Uchis. Aqualung ft Lianne La Havas, Disclosure ft Mary J Blige, Tink and not one but two new Wu Tang tracks also make this months cut before we ease back into some new downtempo jams from Gengahr, Marika Hackman and a new infectious, drum-shuffling delight from TĀLĀ.

This months artwork comes from 24-year-old, geometric art and polygon obsessed Ash Evans aka MREGFX. His work is based around abstract fragments that he uses to create artwork of figurative forms and animals, mostly with hidden messages or meaningful words. Co-signed by the likes if Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa, the graphic design and fine art graduate can be found working drawing his way through hip hop at mregfx.co.uk.
