The first campaign since Andreas Kronthaler officially took the reins at Vivienne Westwood is here, with the 'Gold Label' mantle retired and the apt new name in place: Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood. Titled Buddhist Unisex, the campaign "encapsulates a spiritual look" and is inspired by the idea of "East Meets West" — shot on location at the Oriental Rug House in London.

"The inspiration for the campaign was completely guided by our Paris show collection," Kronthaler explains. "We started looking at lots of spiritual places — including temples — and one of the locations had this beautiful Middle Eastern rug on the floor which gave me the idea. The location was the perfect backdrop on every level. The colors, the theme, this feeling of exotic luxury in a London warehouse."

Starring the shaven headed duo Tamy Glauser and male model Francesco in high-collar turn up tailoring and platform boots — and cat-eye beauty Tiffany Johnson rocking mismatched tights and a mutton sleeve polka dot mega shirt — the Juergen Teller lensed campaign also features Westwood in regal gold and Kronthaler in a black, gold, and tinsel jacket. "We cast it very carefully," Andreas notes. "We wanted boys and girls with a certain spirit and fun. We wanted to create a multi-cultural vision — we hope that comes across."
