As recent polls have shown, only 50% of under-35s are planning on voting at the upcoming EU Referendum, which is pretty ironic and actually very troubling given the fact that it is the younger generation (yes, we mean you!) who will be affected most by the outcome. What can we do to change this? Step in Hollywood director Anton Corbijn who has enlisted the help of some famous faces to galvanise our great nation and encourage its people to exercise their right to vote during the upcoming EU Referendum, and ultimately take control of their future.

In a series of powerful films, entitled Five seconds, fashion activists Vivienne Westwood and Lily Cole, actor Keira Knightley and musician Big Narstie can be shown engaged in various 5 second activities (that's how long it takes to vote!) while sending the message: "Don't let others fuck with your future".

"We just want people to think beyond Westminster bickering," says Rosie Warin, co-founder of We Are Europe who are also involved in the project. "The outcome of this referendum will impact our day to day lives for decades. Women's rights, LGBTQ rights, air quality, how clean our beaches are, workers rights, university education -- it's really important stuff. As the films say, don't let others fuck with that!" #Preach.
