Following on from her collabs with Snakehips and Flume, George Maple returns with her latest single featuring DC rapper and i-D fave, GoldLink. The track is a bold new sonic direction for Maple as she enters a darker, more evocative zone.

Inspired by her observations of "power, money sex and greed," the latest single sees the Australian singer effortlessly float across the addictive baseline and huge drums that make up the backbone of "Sticks and Horses." "The track is a power struggle between two lovers," Maple explains. "I wanted the video to be a more intense version of the song. I wanted it to feel cinematic, invasive yet still feel a little light hearted. I've become increasingly fascinated by sex, money, power and greed."

i-D is exited to exclusively share the video. Press play and delve into the bold and cinematic hyper-reality of Sticks and Horses below.
