Women, technology, and Robyn - what could make for a greater party? Teaming up with the Royal Institute of Technology - the technical university that once made a dancing Robyn Robot in honour of her robot obsession - the Swedish singer will be hosting a one-day festival of workshops and motivational speakers dedicated to celebrating women in technology, with Google and Spotify being amongst the many tech giants who will be sending representatives. ''Tekla is a festival for girls, in which they get to sample different areas of future technology in what I believe will be a fun and imaginative environment,'' says the singer who will also be performing at the event which takes place at the university on April 18th.
