Calvin Klein Inc has announced a huge partnership deal with The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, which will see the lifestyle brand granted access to Warhol's sprawling archives until 2020.
We can expect to see plenty more Warhol works popping up in Raf Simons' CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC collections, as they did in spring/summer 18, with classic Warhol pieces screen printed over denim and all-American tank tops.
"I’ve come to realise that Warhol’s genius goes much deeper than cheerful Campbell’s Soup paintings,” Raf Simons mused in a press release. “He captured all sides of the American experience, including sometimes its darker sides.
