Michel Gaubert
Fashion's most famous sound designer takes time out from soundtracking the Jeremy Scott and Rodarte shows to curate a brilliantly pop culture-saturated Instagram feed. Come fashion month, his quirky aesthetic sensibility shows itself in the form of fashion memes poking fun at the #frontrow — though many of his images are also snapped from the front row, or backstage with Chloë Sevigny, Jamie Bochert, and of course, long-time pal Karl Lagerfeld.

Eva Chen
After ruling the print publishing world for the past decade, Eva Chen is now Instagram's official eye on fashion week, as the social media platform's Head of Fashion Partnerships. Her feed during NYFW covers it all: glimmering runway views, crisp street style shots, and occasionally, a candid snap of unexpecting iPhone-wielding front-row fashion folk.

Mel Ottenberg
Rihanna's stylist attends fashion shows aplenty (and is always on the lookout for young designers to dress her in). His Instagram is a particularly great place to snatch a glimpse at close friend Adam Selman's collections, as well as any of Queen Rih's fashion week appearances.

Molly Bair
The 19-year-old breakout model and i-D favorite runs an adorably real-girl feed, sprinkled with gorgeous runway shots during fashion week. Bair was walking shows one week after being scouted, and opened for Alexander Wang and closed Marc Jacobs last season, so keep an eye out for major spring/summer 17 moments.

Kevin Amato
Photographer and casting director Kevin Amato's feed is always all about models, from the Luka Sabbats of the fashion world to the virtually-unknowns. But during fashion month, it pays to watch his Instagram feed. Judging from the models and tagged locations of his posts during the runway casting period, a little sleuthing can lead to some exclusive casting hints.

Pat McGrath
While the makeup legend runs one of the most stellar Instagram feeds year-round, she is truly the ultimate source for fashion week beauty shots. As the reigning makeup queen of the runway, she paints faces for everyone from Calvin Klein to Yeezy. Who's better positioned to snag a closeup than the artist herself?

Binx Walton
Binx's Instagram feed is a playful peek into the lives and friend groups of NYFW's most in-demand models. She snaps goofy behind-the-scenes pics with Issa Lish, Lexi Boling, and Natalie Westling during the week's less glamorous moments — messing about backstage and dashing in between shows — reminding us that models are, after all, people too.

Dick Page
If Pat McGrath is the queen of runway makeup, then Dick Page is the king. During fashion week, his Instagram takes a quick detour from his usual delicious foodie pics and instead provides stunning closeups of the beauty looks he creates every new season, as well as some nostalgic #tbts from fashion shows of the 90s.

IMG Models
The global modeling and talent agency has models in virtually every major NYFW show. Representing a diverse crew of talent, such as Freja Beha Erichsen, Hari Nef, and Alex Wek (not to mention superstars like Joan Smalls and, of course, Kate Moss), the agency's Instagram account follows models through their fashion week journeys from backstage to the runway, to the street, and to the afterparty.

Bureau Betak
The company behind the production and sets of many of fashion week's greatest shows also happens to Instagram incredible views of each project. Last season alone, their feed showcased spectacular sets for Rodarte, Sies Marjan, and Lacoste, as well as live shots of the models on the catwalks they create.
