Jamie Russell aka Cedric Maison has been a pillar of the Bristol music scene for the last few years. Celebrating its 10th year, his Hypercolour label is one of the most respected house and techno labels in the UK, always releasing fresh and exciting music, with keeping quality at the crux of it all with releases from the likes of Maya Jane Coles, Tom Demac, Dense & Pika, Eats Everything, Huxley, Roman Flugel and George Fitzgerald to name just a few. On top of running one of the UKs leading electronic music PR agencies, hosting a weekly show on Rinse FM, 2016 sees music don take a step closer towards club shows kickback off the year at Fabric this Friday playing in room 1 alongside Troy Gunner, Breach and Groove Armada.

Ahead of the show, Cedric has put together this mix exclusively for i-D, taking us down a different path to his usual house and techno sets, we see him lead us on a cosmic journey through sci-fi and ambient soundscapes. Press play on your soundtrack to navigate the galaxy.
