The English romance continues.

After Vanessa Redgrave's considerable Snapchat teasing in July, we've finally been blessed with Gucci's Cruise 17 campaign. Set across the grounds and interior of English country property Chatsworth House, shot by Glen Luchford, and starring the legendary actress, it's steeped in the British romance that informed the whole collection.

Alessandro Michele brings the floral-accented whimsy as we observe models Hannelore Knuts, Ellen De Weer, Sophia Friesen, Nika Cole, Dwight Hoogendijk, Nick Fortna, Conner Rowson, and Victor Kusma exploring the historic estate. There is a lot of languid lounging, but everyone also chips in with the rather idealized country chores. Roses are pruned, chickens are fed, and wheelbarrows are pushed. Considering Gucci and Chatsworth have entered into a three-year partnership focused on supporting cultural activities on the estate, it makes sense they'd want the property looking its best.

The overall effect is reminiscent of some kind of dreamy family holiday. You know, the kind where you stay in a historic mansion, ride horses, hang out with your perfectly turned out punk cousins, and fist-bump your gran. Classic vacation fare. Check it out below.
