Now you've got your shiny new 2016 calendar, it's time to fill it with live music, and today has brought a rich crop of gig announcements.

Grimes has revealed that she will be touring with Florence Welsh, supporting Florence and the Machine at a string of gigs in the southern states of America, taking in Texas, Kansas, Colorado in May 2016, with dates in Minnesota and New York in June. The dates follow on from Grimes' headline UK dates in March.
