What are the top three tracks getting heavy rotation in your sets?
Sabb - One Of Us (Detlef Remix)
What's the most hedonistic party you've ever been to?
That would be one of those nights that I don't properly remember anymore.
What's the most phenomenal clubbing venue in the world and why?
Definitely DC10 Ibiza terrace. No lasers, no tricks, just a square red room full of people and an incredible sound system with amazing DJs. It's basically the best party in the world.
If you could go back to back with any DJ, at any venue, who would it be and why?
I wouldn't want to go back to back there, but I would certainly want to experience a night at Paradise Garage or Studio 54.
History is made at night... what was the best night of your life?
Not a night when I performed. If I had to choose one night of my life, it would be a special private moment.
What's the most debauched thing you've ever seen on the dance floor?
Everything out of the sex, drugs and rock'n roll category can be seen from the DJ booth. This is very entertaining at times.
What would your dream rider consist of?
I don't have a dream rider. Everything I need while I play is written down there, I don't ask for a lot of things.
What does your actual rider consist of?
No cakes or rubber boats, just some liquor, soft drinks and a ventilator for some fresh air at the DJ booth.
What's your favourite party anthem of all time?
Basement Jaxx, Fly Life (Extra)
What producer are you predicting big things from this year?
I think Detlef is on fire now. All his latest tracks and remixes are ace. I'm expecting Sven Tasnadi to get a lot more attention this year too. His album will be out at the end of May and it's great.
Where do you go when the record ends and the lights come on?
It depends. Sometimes I go to after parties but most of the time I just go back to the hotel. Especially in the summer when I'm playing 3-6 gigs a week. Every moment of sleep is precious!
What track would you end the night on when everyone's still awake and its time to go to sleep?
I recently added Claude Von Stroke's Who's Afraid Of Detroit to my playlist again. This would be a nice track for that moment.
