Listen to Simona Kapitolina's 'No Allegiance' single launch
Simona's the founder of Girls who Smoke Poke, a super cool local record label, and an incredible musician herself. 2015 has seen her emerge as one of our best musical talents, so if you haven't caught Simona already, now is the time. She's launching her new single 'No Allegiance' - a 'heartfelt melancholic techno-pop gem' - with the help of cuties Geryon and Wet Kiss. RSVP here.

9:00PM, Thursday 16th July @ The Tote, 71 Johnston Street, Collingwood, Melbourne.

Shop Blonde Venus' Melbourne Pop-up
One of i-D's favourite retailers, Blonde Venus, is popping down to Melbourne for one month. They're setting up shop alongside other favourite Verner in Mitchell House, bringing brands like Jacquemus, Ann Sofie Back and Marques Almeida along with them. Plus, there will be discounts of up to 50%! Here's hoping Thea and the Blonde Venus crew decide to stay for good.

Thursday 16th July - August @ Level 1, Mitchell House, 358 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.

Sweat at Black Vanilla's Single Launch
The wonderful Marcus Whale, one half of electronic duo Collarbones, is coming through Melbourne with another musical project: Black Vanilla. Initially conceived as a live-only group, it's safe to say Black Vanilla can really put on a show. As they put it, things will be 'high-energy, sensual and sweaty.' If you haven't already texted your friends to organise the night out, here are the support acts: HTMLflowers, HABITS and Felicity Yang. It's practically a quadruple headliner. RSVP here.

8:00PM, Friday 17th July @ The Evelyn Hotel, 51 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, Melbourne.

Dance at the Red Bull Music Academy
Los Angeles producer Nosaj Thing's celebrated third album is fresh off the presses, and to celebrate he's here to make you move. Nosaj has been enlisted to create beats for Chance the Rapper, Kendrick Lamar and Future - so you know this show is essential. Oh and the show is free, if you needed any more incentive to go.

8:00PM, Saturday July 18th @ Howler, 7-11 Dawson Street, Brunswick, Melbourne.
