Jacob Banks is becoming one of the UKs most compelling artists. The visual for his latest track Unknown, taken from his EP The Paradox. The beautiful baritone of Jacob Banks has a sound that is unlike no other within the current music landscape, and with his compelling visuals, reinforces his desire to provide a level of quality within his compositions that extends into every corner of his creative output. The video is an honest and hard hitting tale of domestic abuse, featuring rising actors Thea Gajic and Kayode Ewumi, who gives an incredible performance that's a world away from the Role Safe character he is synonymous with.

Speaking on the visual Jacob explains: "This was a hard video to shoot in terms of subject matter, capturing something so real for so many people. The video is less about domestic abuse and more about power shift and seeing how power affects the dynamic of a relationship."

Press play on the i-D premiere of the captivating visual direct by Jacob himself, alongside Anthony Williams and Nathan Miller.
