It's not out until August 14, but after premiering the initial trailer at the Grammys in February, people have not been able to stop talking about Ice Cube, Dr. Dre and Eazy-E - or their fictional counterparts - in NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton. Trying to step out of the racist stereotypes and combat police brutality through their music, the 80s LA rap group became the voice of the American minority. "Your songs glamorize guns and drugs," they're accused of in the new trailer, before Ice Cube, played by O'Shea Jackson, retaliates with, "Our art is a reflection of our reality."
