On the fourteenth day of Christmas, Yung Lean gave to us: an eight track mixtape and a soundtrack to the festive season. Rather fittingly titled Frost God, he announced the LP this morning, out of the blue, with a snowy, emoji-laden tweet. Highlights include the totally adorable "Hennessy & Sailor Moon" ft. Bladee that came complete with a lonely disco party music video a couple of weeks back. Similarly mellow and reflective "Cashin" ft. Adamn Killa, "Crystal City" with A$AP Ferg, and "Hop Out" with Norwegian rapper Luckaleannn are also on our hit list.

Frost God sits at just 25 minutes long, but as a follow-up to Lean's Warlord EP back in spring, it's a proper treat. And it comes after the full release of the credits for Frank Ocean's Blonde over the weekend, confirming YL's involvement on "Godspeed." If nothing else, this drop lets us know that Lean would like diamonds for Christmas and that he is very much "Back at It."

Yung Lean and friends made i-D a playlist to celebrate the launch of their new Sadboys Gear drop. Listen here.
