Santigold has dropped the second track from her upcoming album, 99 Cents, along with a video starring friends and fans dancing at a festival and cruising around the backstage area in a golf buggy.

Following the release of the retro-styled first track, Can't Get Enough of Myself (ft B.C), the ILOVEMAKONNEN-featuring second cut Who Be Lovin' Me is a dreamy slow jam with the refrain, "So tell me dear, what's it gonna be, cause I got boys/girls around the world who be loving me".

The video was made from footage taken recently at the Made In America festival in Philadelphia. Fresh-dressed fans dance in the crowd and a tons of other artists make cameos in the golf buggy backstage, including Earl Sweatshirt, Big Sean, De La Soul, Meek Mill, Vic Mensa, A-Trak, Fabolous, Justine Skye and more.
