ashley williams’ second collab with red or dead is gorgeous
The NEWGEN designer has teamed up with iconic British brand Red or Dead for their second collection of shoes.
Named after members of Ashley Williams' super cool girl gang; the knee-high Claudia's, platform Eve's, lace up Ellie's, mousey Olivia's and sparkly, studded Alexandra's make up the London designer's #ImproveYourImage collaboration with Red or Dead, and they are to die for!
Started in 1982 as a stall in Camden Market, by Wayne and Geraldine Hemmingway, Red or Dead grew to be massive in the 90s with the likes of Pulp, Patsy and Eddie (from Ab Fab duh) parading their garms across town.
Inspired by their archive collections including Beautiful Freaks from 1998 and Viva Las Vegas from 1999, the star-studded kitten heels and glitter platforms of their current #ImproveYourImage collection made their debut in Ashley's autumn/winter 15 show, Last Chance to Escape Planet Earth. Take a walk in Ashley's shoes and step back in time to an era when girls were rebelling and the sound of the Spice Girls was rife. These are not shoes for the faint-hearted!
