Help! I’m obsessed with this TikTok MUA who transforms herself into Timothée Chalamet

The video of her make up journey to become the Little Women star is both mesmerising and accurate.

Honestly, I can never understand when people are like, “I was born in the wrong generation! 😩” Like, you want to live in an era outside of the current one, where we are blessed with the existence of both TikTok and Timothée Chalamet? Outside of era where of both of those beautiful things come together as one in mesmerising videos like this one? Sounds fake but okay.

Look at it! It’s art, it’s magic, it’s Timothée!

It’s a video from makeup artist @charlottelooks, which sees the creator transform her face step-by-step until she’s channelling the chiselled cheekbones, artfully bushy brows and carefully curated floppy hair of Laurie himself. The attention to detail is really something -- she even includes some seafoam green contact lenses to finish off the illusion.

@charlottelooks is the brainchild of wunderkind Charlotte Roberts, who is at 16 years old already an old hand at the art of changing her face through the medium of makeup. In 2019 she completed a ‘100 days of make-up’ challenge, which saw her turn herself into a pearl-encrusted mermaid, a renaissance painting complete with frame and even Prison Michael Scott from The Office. With 1.3 million followers on TikTok already, Charlotte’s definitely one to watch.

Still saying you were born in the wrong generation? Okay lol, have fun with your HAM radio and having to read Little Women because Greta Gerwig hasn’t adapted it yet.
