From the upcoming ball to the new bug, Gaga’s Chromatica era is the gift that keeps on giving. Now, the pop goddess has blessed us with a contribution to the literary world: a new anthology book full of uplifting stories by young writers.

According to a press release, the collection will be titled Channel Kindness: Stories of Kindness and Community, and is set to feature “inspirational stories written by young people” together with “personal notes of empowerment” written by Gaga herself. Aw.

The book will be released via Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation on 22 September. A description on the foundation’s website reads: “Within these pages, you’ll meet young changemakers who found their inner strength, prevailed in the face of bullies, started their own social movements, and decided to break through the mental health stigma.”

“These storytellers share how they felt, created safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth, and embraced kindness with every fibre of their being by helping others without the expectation of anything in return.”

If anyone can shine a light in these dark times, it's be the Mother Monster herself.
