Rihanna has launched a styling, hair and make-up agency called Fr8me. Considering her own next-level style, RiRi sees the venture as a natural extension of the work she does for her own image: "Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity," the music megastar (and business woman with an increasingly eclectic portfolio) told THR, explaining that, "I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do".

The agency already has some top creatives on its book, with Rihanna's longtime make-up artist Mylah Morales, Empire wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden andhairstylist Marcia Hamilton, who styles Willow, Jaden and the Smith fam's glorious locks. If you dream of joining that all star line-up, you better start growing your social following, as there's a particular kind of creative influencer Fr8me are looking for:

"Our goal is to have a stellar reputation," says managing partner Benoit Demouy. "The industry's changed so much -- rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we're concerned with social media, too -- we'll take a make-up artist with 500,000 followers over someone else."

The news doesn't stop there, Rihanna has also launched a photographic agency to complement Fr8me, called A Dog Ate My Homework, which currently represents photographers Erik Asla (Tyra Banks' partner) and Deborah Anderson.
