Seoul-born, UK-raised and Berlin-based Peggy Gou is the latest signing to Radio Slave's Rekids label. An imprint that delivers tunes with as much classic Detroit groove as Berghain power, it boasts past releases from Nina Kraviz, Mr G, Spencer Parker and of course Radio Slave himself. Next up; Peggy and her follow-up EP, Art of War II. The three tracker makes for a fun melodic second volume, laden with thumping bass and featuring a When Round, They Go remix from L.I.E.S producer Terekke. "I have a lot of love for the track and I wanted some Terekke sounds on the remix - so here it is!" Peggy tells i-D. Laid back and atmospheric, the Egyptian producer takes the track to a jazzier place that makes us crave sunny days at summer festivals. Gritty, punchy and packed with analogue groove, press play on the remix of Peggy Gou's When Round, They Go.
