The outspoken young Disney actress and activist tweeted: 'being queer to me just means not putting a label on sexuality – just existing.'

14-year-old Girl Meets World star, and everyone's favorite Insta-activist (riding high alongside Amandla Stenberg, of course), Rowan Blanchard has addressed her feelings on what it means to identify as "queer" in a series of tweets. After writing an enlightening piece for Rookie, titled "Sorry, Not Sorry: How I quit apologizing for existing", the young actress continued to keep it real by responding to a Twitter user who suggested making Rowan's Girl Meets World character, Riley, bisexual:

While some Twitter users came back with crude quips like "I knew it," Rowan set the record straight, replying: "u don't 'know' someone's sexuality," and "open to liking any gender in future is why I identify as queer." Rowan is proof that Generation Z aren't concerned with existing conventions of gender and sexuality.
