Newcomers Feng Chen Wang and Per Götesson, both Royal College of Art graduates, have been selected for Fashion East's emerging menswear showcase MAN this spring/summer 17. Taking place during next month's London Collections: Men, the London-based designers will be joined by returning Central St Martin's MA graduate Charles Jeffrey, his appearance marking a second consecutive season at the menswear initiative.

The trio follow in the footsteps of J.W. Anderson, Craig Green, Christopher Shannon, and Astrid Andersen, as well as last season's designers Rory Parnell-Mooney and Grace Wales Bonner, who has a standalone show for spring/summer 17.

Lulu Kennedy, who founded MAN with the support of Topman in 2005, told i-D: "I'm really feeling this season. Charles as we know is MEGA, plus Feng Chen and Per are great newcomers. They all three make cool gear and the styling is on point. Their energy is super positive and they have stuff to say."

"They're everything I love about working with talent here in London!" she adds.

Collections will be presented during a group show on Friday, June 1 at the Topman showspace. In addition the three designers will receive financial sponsorship, mentoring and a place in top international sales showrooms in Paris.
