Diane von Furstenberg -- revered designer, CFDA President, and all round fashion icon -- is now the proud owner of two newly cloned dogs. According to NY mag's The Cut, the designer and her billionaire media mogul husband, Barry Diller, are so in love with their pet pooch -- a Jack Russell terrier called Shannon -- that they have paid over $100,000 (nbd for a couple whose net worth is north of $3.9 billion) to a Korean company to clone it by implanting Shannon's DNA into a dog embryo. And just like that, Deena and Evita were born. Hopelessly in love with the new pups, Diane has already named a dress after Deena, just like she did with Shannon. According to Diane's Instagram, the pups love long walks in the country side and cosy nights by the fires.
