Olivier Rousteing's autumn/winter 15 party boys were dressed to impress this season. Inspired by evening wear everywhere from LA to Hong Kong, Mr Rousteing noticed the rise of the "new aristocrats" and channeled that into the totally fluid, rich velvets, silks and cashmere of his latest collection, but keeping that street edge and those hip hop influences in beanies, drop-crotch pants and motorcycle jackets. "Unlike traditional aristocrats, this diverse and inclusive grouping of stylish men knows how to confidently blend together looks pulled from both their fathers' wardrobes and the streets," Rousteing says of the new Balmain hommes.
