"I just finished up the video for Intervention, I'm about to finish up my debut album, and I'm in a great fucking place right now," explains Simbi. "As I was getting ready this morning I realised I ain't recorded a freestyle in a minute, so I woke up this morning and dropped off a few bars. Enjoy!" Dropping said bars over Skepta's It Ain't Safe, it really has been a while since she put out a freestyle, so we're super excited to present the premiere.

The North London rapper has been busy, working on her album while also releasing a whole series of mixtapes with her talented crew, Space Age, most recently AGE 101: DROP 3|000. Returning to celebrate the launch of i-D's Music Issue, we're turning the volume up on the artists emerging from our city and rocking our world. Taking place at Shapes, Hackney on Thursday 5th February, join us as we relaunch i-D Mix with Little Simz and our featured Class of 2015.
