Josh Schwartz probably shaped your teenage years. He's the guy behind The O.C and Gossip Girl, so you can thank him for Marissa, Blair and the gang. He's making a new series for Fox next year and it's a little darker. Billed as a 'Dramady,' the show Horrorstör is set in haunted store that parodies Ikea. It's based on a book by the same name, which the publisher tease like so:

"Something strange is happening at the Orsk furniture superstore in Cleveland, Ohio. Every morning, employees arrive to find broken Kjerring bookshelves, shattered Glans water goblets, and smashed Liripip wardrobes... To unravel the mystery, three employees volunteer to work a nine-hour dusk-till-dawn shift. In the dead of the night, they'll patrol the empty showroom floor, investigate strange sights and sounds, and encounter horrors that defy the imagination."

It looks like the TV series will follow that same plot, through the eyes of Amy, a new employee at the store. As she soon discovers, the store is preying on customers dreams and fantasies in evil ways. It sounds like American Horror Story: Ikea, so you can count us in.
