Name?
Rose.

Age?
21.

Occupation?
Creative director at Nymphets/artist.

What's been your proudest achievement?
I'm currently doing a project where I'm photographing people in Auckland's creative scene nude. The experience is amazing, you get to learn a lot about a person when they're naked. I feel so lucky that these people trust me to record their bodies and I've learnt so much about the relationship young people have with their appearance and sexuality from it.

What makes you hopeful for the future?
I'm excited to go overseas, I want to see different cultures and animals and landscapes. New Zealand is beautiful but it's small and isolating down here. I can't remember the last time I was in a crowd. I want to go visit a ruined city or something, there's nothing that ancient here.

What's the best thing about being young and creative in 2014?
All sorts of people can find out about what you're doing, really easily thanks to the internet. Having an audience helps me stay focused, and drives me to try harder to create better more authentic work.

Who or what inspires you?
The people around me and the conversations I have with them. I'm into honesty and secrets these days. Music and books help too. I've been listening to Mr Muthafukin' eXquire on repeat.

Name?
Isaac Silva Looker.

Age?
21.

Occupation?
Model and Co-Director at Nymphet.

What's been your proudest achievement?
I'm a very spontaneous person and I can never see much further than the moment I'm in, so every project I work on is my proudest achievement. And it stays that way until I start something else. So the work i've been doing recently involving sensuality and playing with the common conceptions of gender and beauty for a Nymphets installation has been really fulfilling for me.

What makes you hopeful for the future?
The fact I am still being amazed and humbled by the world around me, and there so much of it I haven't even seen yet. All the opportunities and endless possibilities keep me hopeful.

What's the best thing about being young and creative in 2014?
The access we have to information, and resources, and can share it globally with relative ease. It allows so much freedom and there's no excuse for ignorance.

Who or what inspires you?
Everything inspires me in some way, I try and take notice of much as I can and let it affect me somehow. In particular the people who I try and surround myself with, and music that's on my headphones because I have it playing almost constantly.

Age?
21.

What's your occupation?
Hospitality, Golden Dawn Bar in Ponsonby.

What makes you hopeful for the future?
Looking at the state the world is in today is grim but technology is looking super gangster. I try stay hopeful about my future because it's not fun being a pessimist.

What's the best thing about being young and creative in 2014?
The Internet definitely! The availability of information to most of us is incredible—we can come to our own opinions on anything and everything from a range of biased and unbiased sources. It's a place where anyone can voice an opinion, share a picture or song or advertise themselves with the whole world as an audience. It's great.

Who or what inspires you?
So this ties in with the being hopeful question. Second to my dad is my mum in terms of inspirational figures. My dad passed away two years ago, and given the cause you could say I kinda have to be hopeful? To be negative seems to destroy the whole wonder to life? To see my mum carry on with work and still manage the family after what happened is just incredible and I want to do my best, for her.

What makes you hopeful for the future?
Knowing that I already have a job that I love that I am looking forward to doing when I finish school.

What's the best thing about being young and creative in 2014?
That you can express yourself easily through the use of media and can find and communicate with like minded people internationally.

Who or what inspires you?
Top rowers and models and other creatives and sportspeople who are top in their field inspire me to not give up and to keep working towards the goals I want to achieve.

dahnu graham

Age?
23.

What's your occupation?
I'm forever changing from working with theatre companies to advertising and the arts. At the moment I'm directing music videos for the Beach Pigs and in the near future working with other artists.

What's been your proudest achievement?
Working alongside Red Leap Theatre Company and touring several international arts festivals. Also creating and releasing our debut album, Grom Warfare with the Beach Pigs.

What makes you hopeful for the future?
The people, music, and creative minds I'm surrounded by.

What's the best thing about being young and creative in 2014?
Watching everything change and in order succeed, you have to adapt and keep up with the game of how to release music. Coming from different creative fields you can apply elements of how to present/release projects to all audiences and that's what I love about being young and hungry!

Who or what inspires you?
Everyone in a way. From Lucky Graham (my brother) and the work he does with I.L.U to Leonard Keith down in ROOM 104 cutting it up. The creative scene is really rich.

Dahnu wears jacket by Stolen Girlfriends Club.
