For Winter 14, Kris Van Assche explored the idea of L'Homme Dior, creating a collection that dances between the tradition of Savile Row and the modern reality of the street while pulling the well groomed figure of Christian Dior to its heart. Continuing the house's collaboration with photographer Willy Vanderperre, 'Notes Of A Day' fleshes the individual personalities and muses over modern masculinity. “We wanted to imagine a meeting between Joseph Beuys and Christian Dior in the approach to the campaign,” daydreams Kris Van Assche. “There is an insistence on a certain aspect of character with each of the models, and this was very much linked to the idea of performance." Before the campaign makes itself at home in its own standalone digital world, we exclusively offer you a peak into both his mind and wardrobe. Acquaint yourself with the man and delight in the dialogue of his masculinity.
