I don't mind. Take me to i-D.co anyway

Style blogger at 12, magazine editor at 15, and high school graduate at 18- it won’t be long until Tavi Gevinson is taking over the world. Born in Chicago and raised in Illinois, Tavi has been attending fashion shows since she was just a kid. Moving her attention slowly away from fashion and style, in 2011 she founded Rookie magazine, an online platform for young girls to discuss pop culture, feminism, and being a teenager today. Rookie by name, but the opposite by nature, Tavi is also a contributing editor of GARAGE magazine, has acted in films including Cavadar, Enough Said and The Punk Singer, was shot by her BFF Petra Collins for i-D, and even appeared in a Public Service Announcement for Barack Obama, championing women’s rights while mouthing the words to Lesley Gore’s You Don’t Own Me. You go Glen Coco!
