Dutch duo Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are famous for making a scene. Graduating from the Arnhem Academy of Art and Design in 1992, the pair dropped their surnames and launched their fashion house soon after. Their conceptual approach to fashion has since seen them create huge spectacles that demonstrate their unapologetic showmanship. It has also seen them showcase their entire autumn/winter 99/00 couture collection on one single model negotiating a turntable. They’ve made the world smell that little bit sweeter with their Flowerbomb fragrance, and caused more than a stir on the high street in 2006 with their H&M collaboration. Since selling a controlling stake of the business to Diesel’s Renzo Rosso in 2008, the two have been an unstoppable force and have recently launched their debut bridal collection, as well as a new eyewear line in Europe. The Viktor and Rolf show, it seems, must go on.

Describe yourself… analytical, provocative, romantic, creative, introverted, nice.
What would you be doing if you weren’t a designer? A painter and a violinist.
