I don't mind. Take me to i-D.co anyway

Richard Nicoll has been re-imagining the humble shirt since leaving Central Saint Martins in 2002. Born in London, raised in Australia, Richard quickly rose to success, receiving NEWGEN sponsorship for four seasons in a row and now from Kylie to Ksubi, Richard’s designs are everywhere. His kinky corsetry for autumn/winter 09 (a collaboration with artist Linder Sterling) got us hot under the collar, especially when he stripped off for The Insi-De Outsi-De Issue, Fall 09 to showcase the collection. Gracing our pages once again, Richard celebrated i-D hitting the big 3-0 with a portrait by Nick Knight, in The 30th Birthday Issue, Pre-Fall 10. Aside from his own label, Richard acted as Creative Director of Cerruti from 2007-2011, consulted for Louis Vuitton alongside Marc Jacobs and created numerous capsule collections for Topshop. Earlier this year, Richard designed the costumes for the dancers in Linder Sterling’s The Ultimate Form, a balletic tribute to sculptor Barbara Hepworth.

Career highlight? I hope it hasn't happened but the Linder cover of i-D was one to date.
Favourite film? Blue Velvet.
