I don't mind. Take me to i-D.co anyway

Smart, sexy and superbly dressed, former fashion editor of i-D, Erika Kurihara needs little introduction. Born in Stockholm, Erika began her career in fashion, studying womenswear design. This all changed in 2001 when she packed up and pottered over to London to become a stylist. After assisting the mighty Edward Enninful for a year, Erika was officially welcomed to the i-D family and joined the team in the office. Just two of her many amazing contributions to i-D are Mariacarla Boscono in winter wool and exposed skin for the The Indi-De Outsi-De Issue (November 2009) with Paul Wetherell and bleached babe Soo Joo, balancing a kitty on her bum, in The Time Is Now Issue (Summer 2013) with Mari Sarai. For i-D’s More Than a Model film with Lily McMenamy, she has turned yoga chic on its head as Lily ties herself in knots wearing the likes of Céline, Miu Miu and Balenciaga.

What would you be doing if you weren’t a stylist? I would be an explorer or a filmmaker. Or ideally both!
Favourite film? It's impossible to pick just one. I love Stalker by Andrei Tarkovsky, The Idiots by Lars von Trier and A Woman Under the Influence by John Cassavetes.
