Peter Philips knows how to make women feel beautiful. He has primped and preened the world’s most beautiful women, developed a plethora of groundbreaking products and spurned cult followings for his kaleidoscopic eye shadows and nail varnishes. Formerly the Global Creator of Chanel Make-up, Peter yesterday made his Dior debut at last night's Cruise 15 show. Pure and simple, the girls looked pretty and understated with flicks and eyeliner and fresh faces. We quiz him on his top make-up tips and pick out his top i-D shoots...
"I am known for carrying a very small make-up kit. When going to a shoot I can carry everything I need in two holdalls. I carry a sheer foundation and a full cover foundation in a maximum of six or seven shades. A few compact powders and lots of lipsticks and eye shadows. When I walk into the studio and photographers see me for the first time, they often look at me in shock like, 'has he lost his luggage or something?!'"
